Careers

At KR Group, we pride ourselves on our positive attitude towards lifelong learning.

This is not restricted to our staff team but begins in our local schools. Working closely with the Developing Young Workforce (DYW) team, we engage with school and community groups, with children aged 5 and above, to raise awareness about the construction sector and promote the industry.

Our involvement ranges from helping with careers fairs and jobs badges; health and safety awareness and fun events; to a range of placement and apprentice opportunities from Work Related Learning modules, work experience and Foundation Apprenticeships, through to Modern Apprenticeships, Internships, University placements and Graduate Apprentices.

Our team have been involved with hosting entrepreneurial events and business enterprises, alongside training staff as Construction Ambassadors and STEM Ambassadors to support our education colleagues.

So if you’re looking to kick start your career, or take things to the next level, keep an eye on our careers page for opportunities to fit or develop your skill sets and interest.

Our apprenticeship programmes

We believe young people have valuable contributions to make with invaluable energy and creativity. We are proud to have played a part in the development of our students, as they strive to do their best throughout education and into the workplace.
